Project: Food & Thoughts No. 5
I
will never let my Pangasinan trip end without adding to my 2012 Food Trips. From
Lingayen, we went to Dagupan to search for the famous Matutina’s Seafoods and
Restaurant. I have seen this featured on TV in the past especially during the
Arroyo presidency. It is said that this is her favorite restaurant in
Pangasinan.
There
were 5 of us – hungry, tired and ready
to eat so we ordered the following:
Buttered Sugpo |
Deep fried Hito (catfish) |
Sinigang na Milaga (2 servings) |
Sinigang na Malaga (good for 2 or 3) - P220
Buttered Sugpo (good for 2) - 230
Deep Fried Hito (good for 2 or 3) - 200
4 Platters of Rice - 200
1 Pitcher of Iced Tea - 150
___________
Total - P1000
We were full and satisfied. We only paid P1000. Not bad at all!
Until next food trip!
